1. Using DashPatrol
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business and website you connect. Don't use DashPatrol for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to work on sites you don't control.
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us right away if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your site & content
You own your website and everything DashPatrol creates for it, including articles and page changes. You give us permission to access and edit your site only as needed to provide the service. You decide what gets published, and every change can be undone.
4. Early access & billing
During early access, DashPatrol is free. Features may change as we improve the product. We'll give at least 30 days notice before any paid plan begins, and you'll never be charged without choosing a plan. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
5. Results
We work hard to grow your traffic, but search rankings depend on Google and many factors outside our control. We can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.
6. Liability
DashPatrol is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending service
You can cancel anytime from your account. Changes already made stay on your site. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email.
